Comprehensive Plans
A comprehensive plan will be created based on objective assessments and test data, along with (MOST IMPORTANTLY) YOUR goals and future plans.
Because the body physiologically needs 6 to 8 weeks to maximize gains from a given program, comprehensive plans are last for a minimum of 6 weeks. There is no maximum, although re-testing is usually suggested at the 6-8 week mark to allow the plan to be adapted based on your continuing improvements.
While obviously more expensive than short-term, no-commitment, coaching, results are more likely and more exciting when you launch a full and objective attack.
- A Typical Comprehensive Plan will include:
- Comprehensive Body System Health Assessment Questionnaire
- Full CHEK Level 2 Assessment
- Biomechanical Analysis
- Metabolic Typing Analysis and coaching
- 6-8 Week Comprehensive Program, including specific cardiovascular and resistance work
- Ongoing Holistic Lifestyle Coaching
- Continual Feedback and Program Adjustments
- Frequent Access to Professional Advice
