STARTER PACKAGES

Enrollment in a starter package is required before regular training
sessions may be scheduled. Although traditional sessions may be shared with a buddy for the same cost, each individual must enroll in the basic starter package so that the goals of each party, as well as individual needs, may be assessed
and addressed.

Add-on a free Dura-Ball Pro stability ball plus Lifeline tubing by donating $150.
Add-on a free Smart Bell by donating $125.

Basic Starter Package: $650
Includes interview and questionnaire review; full 2-hour  postural,
length-tension and movement pattern assessment with nervous system
re-balancing and energetic alignment; program design including 1-3
separate weekly workouts, specific stretches and a 4-6 week plan; plus
one hour of program walk-through for exercise instruction.

Deluxe Starter Package: $875
Includes interview and questionnaire review; full 2-hour postural,
length-tension and movement pattern assessment with nervous system
re-balancing and energetic alignment; program design including 1-3
separate weekly workouts, specific stretches and a 4-6 week plan; plus
one hour of program walkthrough for exercise instruction. This package
also includes the full Metabolic Typing assessment, a one-hour MT results session (including instructions for a 6-week ease-in program), and a complete MT results packet.

Complete Starter Package: $1150
Includes interview and questionnaire review; full 2-hour postural, length-tension and movement pattern assessment with nervous system re-balancing and energetic alignment; program design including 2-4 separate weekly workouts, specific stretches and a 4-6 week plan; plus one hour of program walkthrough for exercise instruction and either 4 30-minute sessions or 2 55-minute individual sessions. This package also includes the full Metabolic Typing assessment, a one-hour MT results
session (including instructions for a 6-week ease-in program),, and a
complete MT results packet.

METABOLIC TYPING

Sign up for the Metabolic Typing Intermediate Test. Before you sign up,
please read the terms and conditions.
1. The fee is $150 US for the Intermediate Metabolic Typing
Questionnaire, a one-hour results session, a complete results packet,
and a half-hour follow-up session within 1-2 weeks of the results session.

2. The fees for follow-up sessions are $60 US per half-hour session.
Additional follow-up sessions and e-mails numbering more than 5 between
sessions are billed at $30 per 1/4 hour.

3. You may budget $100-$200 for Ultralife Supplements to increase the
effectiveness of your plan based on your Metabolic Type. The initial
supply can last from 1-3 months, depending on the individual and the
quantities ordered. While these are NOT required, the supplements are
specifically formulated to target individual meabolic types and should
therefore be more effective than traditional,  over-the-counter supplements.4. Payment must made in advance by check or by PayPal.
